Another thing is that Michael does not own or run most of those companies.... he (and his law firm) is the registered agent for service of process (SOP) when someone has a company.
Everything said here today is nothing but fluff.
I will say this, it is very odd that he RM into this shell. This is a guy who knows about another OTC stock company and what they are going through with a toxic lender.
So it's not like he isn't aware of toxic lenders being attached to a shell.
This is what makes me baffled. My first thought is... he's cheap, got the shell for nothing and figures he can get rid of the toxic notes down the line.
