FBI investigations take what seems like forever. We’re already 2 years into the grand jury case, not to mention the time it took for their investigation. There’s no saying he will be charged with any crime, but then again it took a year for the two other CEO’s to be directly charged. There’s also a lot of co-conspirators that aren’t named. There was a filing on the 7th, but because the case is sealed we won’t know the content, unless it’s unsealed at some point.
There’s no deadline for these types of complex cases that involve millions of dollars tied to dozens of people and entities…simply put, it takes a very long time to connect the dots, shake out the tree, and tie up the loose ends.
