T is going to be lowering the dividend by 50% then it will be at a rate of 4% again.

So hold on tight might be a rough ride down!

Legitimate question.. why not sell then? If you think company is troubled put the money to use elsewhere? I'm guessing since they were inherited and you are the long term investor holding them is the only choice?
