But if you have two CEO's working for different purposes you never know how long the stock will stay down here. Canouse's reputation is a anchor on the stock. That is why a name change is desperately needed.
Also IMO Fair doesn't want to be associated with a stock that trades for less than a penny. He's not that type. It's why I've repeated the argument that there will be reverse split to increase price and decrease share structure which should allow more of his type of investors to get into the stock at some point.
