So what is the [16/2/3] at the end of Count 4.

I must admit, I had to look it up since I haven't beat my wife or been addicted to a narcotic drug or had a felony case filed against me.

What it means is this:

'16-2-3' means that the low range on your sentence is 16 months, the mid range is two years and the maximum is three years. These are ranges for sentences in a state prison, not county jail. Do not take this charge lightly.
