I don't think so, my understanding is that not all their selling has to show up as t trades, can just show as regular selling throughout the day.
Total volume has been 16 million shares since trading resumed on September 29th. 5.2 million of that was t trades so that leaves approx. 11 million other trades where Power Up could have let the rest go.
But we'll see for sure in the next couple of days. I guess worst case is they have 1.5 million left but I don't think that is the case.
