I'm suggesting that you should re-read my response to Smallville again.

Are you suggesting that the Adar Attorney has committed False Statement Perjury when they state a true and correct copy of the Notice of Conversion was submitted?

My response had nothing to do with whether or not the "Adar Attorney has committed False Statement Perjury". It merely pointed out that the contract with Marquis Trading, LLC was executed before the Adar Bays notice to convert.
