Feldenkrais must be kicking himself in the azz for going along with this scam.

He's paying lawyers to defend the Adar suit.

He has to pay for all filings going forward and he can't bail.

Not at this point as it would point to 'guilt'.

You seem to think I said this when I did not. I said Adar Bays shares would be free trading ... Smallville said Adar wanted a restricted stock deal same as Marquis. I said that is not right ... they wanted to convert and dump those shares right away and they were not restricted.
