You don't know the ASK/BID. But if you're bidding 0.0001, that's as low as you can go. Broker fees are atrocious... $7 per buy or sell.

Canadian account, so our rules/regulations are different than U.S. rules/regulations.

You might still be able to find a way to open an RBC Direct Investing Canadian account if you aren't a resident, but I'm not sure how.
