I don't know if you saw the exchange earlier. Two of us saw it on the volume/gainers list. Del Bocavista III, apparently, couldn't figure it out either, so he located and posted the old Dec 8k info on Golden Shell.
Some guy get bothered that the filing news was old, but I didn't find it based on the filing. I saw the movement first, and then tried to figure out why.
I also didn't see anyone hyping it on the public boards of Ihub. In fact, there are almost no posts on PXT before the flurry this afternoon.
With nearly 1.9 MM in volume, and up 180% before anyone on ihub had said a word, makes me think something could be up.
That filing might be old news, but it's not that old. These deals can sometimes take a few months to work out.
Worth keeping an eye on, imo.
