Cheers to our Leh family here! Someone had posted a good graph of the changes in liabilities vs assets over time and it did look like the assets were going up and liabilities negotiated down (or paid off). I wonder where we are now but looking at the graph, we were getting close.

I have a strong suspicion that we are heading towards owning preferred shares in the newco which will make use of the NOLs. I do have a number of commons and preferred too as part of the OBS but I am not hoping or expecting a recovery for that.

Yup Christmas alsmost here. And wouldn't it be nice to see the "Green under our Christmas Tree" ?. It can happen. GLTY. And all. For some it never came... but the few have hopes.
