Time after time they have failed to inform shareholders of what is going on behind
the scenes. We don’t know the specifics of the CM deal. No contracts, revenues, or sales. All we can tell is the CEO is dumping shares at gutter prices and the consultant’s are being paid on time unlike releasing their financials. The CEO’s son is receiving share and a salary that he conveniently doesn’t have to report how many shares he buys or sells. I am just waiting to break even and get the heck out. I am down over 50%, but some are saying
be happy with those dismal results. Until I see some credible results, I see this as a slush fund for the consultant to pay for that mansion in Palm Springs.
