I have every, single document.

The $450,000 never said it purchased the shell. Nor any involvement with Feldenkrais.

All there is mentioning to is this:

"We believe he used those funds to further this scheme and live on those funds."

That's it.

I'm not sure of how much was shell and how much lifestyle but if I had to guess I'd say 60% was involved.

Here is the exact quote from the transcript. Sounds a little different than what you are saying. I will also add when someone says "We believe", to me that means they do not have any factual evidence at that time, just a hunch or an assumption.


"Your Honor, the government is also investigating the
receipt of about $450,000 in SBA EIDL loans, the economic
impact disaster loans, through various companies that Mr.
Svorai controls and that are companies or variations of the
names of companies that are listed in the underlying indictment
that's charged in the Northern District of Ohio. We believe he
used those funds to further this scheme and to live on those
funds".

Smh Smallville ... no it does not. It states the goverment believes Svorai obtained 450k in eidl loans that they believe he used to live off of and further his scheme ... it does not state to buy the shell. It could mean the convertible debt notes but he was living off that money and it states he has no other income or job. He lived off scams and the money and assets he put in his family members name to avoid fbi seizing it.

So the 450k just to buy the CATV shell is a patently false statement. Don't let facts get in the way same as nowhere does it state in any document the CEO is in on it.
