I think it is easier to do from a computer (browser), actually. Here's the process I followed:

Ha ha, yeah. I need that book too! The currency of the future is not that easy to use just yet.

In pro on the trading page:

1. Select Deposit
2. Select what you want to deposit (SHIB) for example
3. Next will be Deposit SHIB
4. Select Coinbase.com
5. Next is the amount you want to Deposit from regular to pro
6. Click Deposit and you're done.

Follow these same steps for anything on regular that you want to move to pro
