I was high-balling it based on an exchange that you and I had offline.
80,250 + 10% interest/year over 9 months (about $6K) = $86,250
86,250 / .0183 = 4.7 mill shares.
Difference is 4,258,574 - 4.7 mill = 450K more
So yeah, we could be very close then as of right now.
Again that assumes there isnt something we are missing with this note, seeing that we dont have a copy of it and are making assumptions.
The proof will be in the pudding, we should see the price just rise, havent quite seen that yet.
