I wasn't watching, but how would we know when those were entered by a trader.
Being filled, and being entered are not the same thing.
They could have been stacked up by the MM's, especially when it's being handled by a computer.
Knowing they type of account it's coming from, I'll bet their algo does not automatically enter them one at a time, as they come in.
I'll bet they have a timed pause for trades submitted by that type of account, expecting multiple submissions.
