I think you mean they increase the Liquidity Preference dollar-for-dollar for allowing the GSEs to keep their earnings as Retained Earning. I am not too sure that Liquidity Preference is equivalent to loans. When they rule that NWS is illegal, all relevant NWS entries will be reversed.
We just need some brave judges. Just don't know who and when, especially when we were let down by the SCOTUS. They are the 9 kings and queens in US, and they are supposed to represent justice. Instead, they gave in and endorsed a Conservator looting their Conservatee. The made up the explanation that FHFA represents public interest and is therefore free to make decision in their own favour. They forget at the same time the general meaning of a Conservator. What a Joke !
