USPTO patents that have been deemed abandoned can be resurrected. I've seen it happen elsewhere.

I got an automated email notification about it on Tuesday from the AU Patent office. My real question is in what time frame can they pay the back fees and resume uninterrupted? The US patent office seems to allow endless extensions and recovery. I know you followed this very closely.
