Well estimating at 20B/year for retained earnings... Probably ~10ish years. If that does happen, the common share price would be astronomical...

The big question is.... What time frame???

via retained earnings? like 12 years, and then the government sr pfd still claims nearly 100% of earnings.. .last i checked.
