Feldenkrais doesn't want the scrutiny of the SEC - he already has enough problems with the Justice Department.

If anyone reads the court documents they would immediately know Feldenkrais never wanted to run a above board company.

"He seems to want to run an above board company, so going SEC filing and oversight would serve us better than the OTCM."
