And, that is because of the mass mailing to the SEC by existing shareholders putting that organization on notice and watch of QFLUB Tom-Foolery.

So, now Fwankie doesn't dare issue squat - unless it will pass SEC inspection and be either more "..irrevelvant, vaporous, meaningless and typically superfluous double-fluff.." or the whole TRUTH for a change.

Fwankie reminds me of that new OREO cookie they're advertising on TV; white on the outside and filled with copious amounts of brown goo.......
