Have seen shells hitting $1B market caps this past year floats of multi billions.

$10 is $400M which as far as the OTC goes is quite doable and especially with the micro float.

MGUY ran 500% in a day on $2.5M traded, imagine numerous days of $20M in volume and what that would do.
