Any agreement with them was totally dissolved when o w was dissolved. Aside from that you should be careful because CAT5 is not under investigation. That is a fact. And you are saying that it is crosses a red line. I could only say personally that if I see it again there are other more professional avenues to go down to resolve misleading and false statements.
