There is no way you seriously think that Vlad/Kitco has done their own independent research and verification of the numbers and claims Kitco posted in their write-up of Mexus? They just re-word the information in the Mexus PR for their own release.

If an investor tried to hold Vlad or Kitco legally responsible for any facts/claims made in their release, Kitco's defense would state they were only restating information provided to them by Mexus and not representing those claims as their own independent verified research.
