Fred seems to believe there's only one kind of "socialism", the kind practiced, alas, in Venezuela. Perhaps he contracted this odd obsession from Sid Powell.
It never seems to occur to him and all his fellows that most other civilized countries practice a form of socialism. Does anyone hate Scandinavia? Canada? Europe?
Venezuela is the kind of unpleasant dictatorship Trumpty himself would love to be head of. So he could tell everyone what to do, and funnel all the money to himself and the Grifter Kids.
