I never checked if his penny stock newsletter ever wrote about OWCP - if he did that would have been foolish.

I have always believed that DGF, Bignitz and Turner were involved in the Loan and all were going to profit - I doubt any of the $5 million ended up doing anything but enriching the insiders.

But it would be interesting to see if Kugelman published anything about OWCP.
