My call is for resistance in the 09-10 area.

I suggest resistance in the 09-10 area for the following reasons. All-time closing high is 0975. After the 1199 all-time high was reached, there were 4 consecutive days with closes in the 09's. Therefore, 09's seems like a logical resistance area.

Also, if MVNT is tracing out a "W" pattern as you have suggested before, then we could be seeing the right side of the W forming with a high of around 10.
