It’s up to you if you want to moronically look for words like “safe” in the SEC documents, but rest assured that “no recovery to shareholders” along with the resignation of all employees and board members, the discharge of the Monitor and approval of the judge means that this is over for shareholders. Obviously you’d have heard otherwise if anything else were true.
