Now that Berkley has mandated a vaccine to be on campus their rate is extremely high (>98%), but that could be very misleading because of course anyone who didn't get vaccinated wouldn't be a student anymore nor an employee.
What did shock me was prior to the campus mandate, their website said only 49% of the students and around 68% of the employee's were vaccinated.
You need to compare vaccination rate at the time in the eligible population at Berkeley vs the general population. I can tell you that EVERY I spoke to who was doing research was vaccinated as soon as they were eligible.
Why don't you provide a link so we can see where you got your numbers and how they compared to the general population at the time?
