What company is this? I bet they filed 10 Q and annual reports with the SEC as well separated from the form 10 (10-12).

I have seen this as well but those that only filed a form 10-12g has waited for the 60 days without any other filings except additional 10-12 amendment.

If GS goes ahead and files these additional Q and annual reports separately,I BET THIS GOES CURRENT FOLLOWING DAY.

They filed 10Q and annual reports with the SEC..no 10-12. George needs to upload those documents separately
