Sad deal. I still own shares here from back when this ticker was UTRM and was run by two hucksters, Frank Ottavianni and Todd Spinelli, who conned everyone on their supposed waterless toothbrush that was going to save the world. Never amounted to anything. Lots of changes since then, none of which have ever amounted to anything.
