LOL, you need to go back and read the history of the reports where there are multiple geologists plus the Bureau of Mines in the US and Canada do this type of work all over the world! Pick up any mining or geology book and you will see where the US Geological Surveys have been damn near everywhere on foot and in the past 30 years by satellite as well ...paid for by our taxes... You should also catch up on reading skills. Test work on claims is done in stages. For example you trench an area 200 feet then you fill it back in after your assessments are done. You apply for that in stages as you progress and you describe what is to be done. In Canada is almost a rubber stamp once they see you restoring the disturbed areas. In the US it is generally less restrictive depending on the state.
