Update to share structure as of October 11, 2021

I was off a little on the number of private placement shares, looks like just under 8 million, my guess is more money was raised than needed to pay off the note (we'll find out for sure in the upcoming 10K). The T trade was small yesterday which tells me that Power Up is either done or very close.
