I have a couple to recommend that are real companies. As most of you know, the SEC rule change went into effect on Monday with thousands of pink sheet stocks going dormant. I like two that I am involved with, small positions in, real companies. Not billions of shares no PR BS. They are
IENT. I have met and enjoy the management since they live lose to me. This is likely one of the last last remaining “dot.com” companies still out there. A fellow that lives close to me here also running a pub co. Has a large position in it
DLPX. Delphax was bought out mainly by AirT which is a Nasdaq company but DLPX has millions of NOLs a low amount of shares out standing and most of those are in the float. I like this because the float shares are perfect. It has very little assets but NOT a shell and with these amounts of shares out in the DTC it’s likely they won’t reverse split when a deal comes and also to preserve the loss Carey forwards due to IRS 382 majority control has to take 3-years. This one is nice and real.
