FONR is family-controlled so unlikely to be acquired

The older Damadian has the Class C stock which has 25x voting rights.

His 380K+ shares of those give him voting control.

FONR suffers from a control discount which is deserved.

Large bid on FONR in AH. Someone currently bidding for 11,700 shares at $15.13. Interesting. Maybe something positive happening here. Would be a welcome change! Stock hit a 52-week low yesterday...even with the markets ripping higher this week.
