Forgive my ignorance. Have been playing OTC for past year but still learning. My question was spurred by the statement
"Quotations in Expert Market securities are restricted from public viewing. Only broker-dealers and professional or sophisticated investors are permitted to view quotations in Expert Market securities."
Maybe I am misunderstanding but it sounds like "sophisticated investors" still have access to buying expert market stocks??
