They had 5 million investor who backed out. Buyout? Who would buy them when losing millions every year. They need big TV deal to ever make that happen. They are tiny company in this industry.
That's a good idea, but with the mess management has made of this share seller, I seriously doubt anyone in their conscious business mind would even dare be a part of this share selling, Reverse Splitting, Symbol Changing (Entity?).
