Nobody forced GRCU to do anything. They could have remained dark and gone to the gray markets like the other OTC cesspool stocks.
From a trading and investment perspective, one would lead to think if they spent time, money and resources to go current, then there likely is a bigger plan.
That's all we need in the OTC cesspool to make tons of money.
