What’s been proven?

The discussion is about whether GVSIs tier and quotation can change, not how long it takes to be SEC effective, which essentially means start filing in 60 days or else.

I am looking for a link that states that. Can you find a link that states a Form 10 filer needs to wait 60 days to change a tier on the OTC?
