Must be why Judge Koh has a tiny 1.3% reversal rate, and was just promoted to be 1 of 179 judges to sit on the Court of Appeals just one step below the Supreme Court.

The way Koh treated VPLM interests could be one hell of a story for WSJ .... I would say she has interest in Apple of some kind .....
