Thanks Rapz for that article. I have been saying for a long time that Koh's decisions were so bias in favor of big tech that she must have had some major interest in these companies. I am really amazed that the Courts do not have some oversight on their judges and require a full disclosure of financial interests. It has been in place for other governmental regulatory agencies for decades. However, it has only been relatively recently that Congress was disallowed from investing in companies that they had any over sight on. At one time, it was perfectly legal for them to invest in any company regardless of their oversight. So while they were putting Martha Stewart in jail for insider trading, they were making decisions that enriched their pocketbooks. Once that became public, they changed the rules for Congress and hopefully they will now do the same for federal judges. Unfortunately, it is too little too late for Voip-pal as Koh has done her damage and delayed Voip-pals attempt of monetization by three years. It is a sad commentary when the highest of legislative and judicial employees are able to take advantage of the system while individuals are prosecuted for the same activity. the prophet
