Given Sharp's experience with OTC and filings, since he's been doing it for a long time and has expert knowledge, it would seem rather naïve to think that all 3 of his tickers just happened to miss the deadline and are all now on the EM out of either carelessness or lack of understanding. GS has had ample time to file and get all 3 tickers current long before the deadline.

One has to ask, what advantage is it for GS and the incoming companies to have these tickers go the EM route?

If people want to sell at artificially depressed prices because no one can buy, then let them. That's on them. The real price will be reflected when brokers allow buying again.

Sellers today are like sellers in a store who are trying to sell their goods when the store closes temporarily and there are no buyers. They're so desperate that when they see people outside the store, they offer their goods at a steep discount, practically giving them away. Then the store reopens and the dumb seller sees that there is an increased demand for his goods, and other merchants are making out like a bandit. Oh, well....
