Calling a vaccine a belief, diminishing it to a personal preference, is a deadly one.

Well, the fact of the matter is that it (taking the vaccine) IS a personal preference. THAT is a fact.

I have taken both injections of the Pfizer vaccine and plan to take the booster in December. That is my preference, just as it may be someone else's preference to not take the vaccines.

Unless you advocate jailing those who prefer not to vaccinate.

Well Dave, if you don't believe in science, then what can I say?

Who said I don't believe in science? I'm vaccinated, and so is my entire family. We made our risk assessments and our choices. Nobody made them for us. I would and have have encouraged personal acquaintances to also avail themselves of the opportunity. My, repeat, my personal view is that the benefits outweigh the risk.

My point was that users here have long had access to tools where they can express their position on various topics via their profiles, including but not limited to that topic.

In my opinion it’s talked about enough outside of Ihub, why bring it here? It’s like trying to keep politics out of sports…
