My fuzzy math suggests sister needs 2 Billion for (Other Business) and then Has to reconstitute almost 2.5 Billion Control shares...

That is about 4.5 Billion... sister once SREH now ABVG stands at 4,595,704,157 with 5 Billion Authorized


That would leave 500 million and some change at ABVG ? I believe there are about 390 - 400 million restricted.

So 100,000,000 ABVG trad-able ? Maybe 103,000,000 once a Cert shares clears ?
