How protected are people who have had covid, not vaxed, when they get covid a second time? Anyone have a hospitalization/death rate for that group?

I received 2 pfizer shots last dec and january at the hospital where I work. In August, I checked my antibody level to the spike protein and they were barely abnormal (I know not a great test for immunity).

So I got revaccinated with two doses of Moderna in late august and mid September at CVS. It is about all I can do to avoid serious Covid infection. We have mandatory masks at the hospital.

How did you get TWO doses of Moderna for a booster? I thought it wasn't approved yet as a booster.

I will be 65 next month so will get my booster sometime in November. I was a bit torn about getting the booster given that many people around the world haven't gotten one shot yet. Then I figured Americans refusing vaccination are leaving doses on the table, or rather in the freezer, so I will be getting their unused doses.
