Don't follow your reasoning here. I never talked about the "need" for a recap. My thoughts on a recap were that a company that has had profits wrongfully taken and getting somehow them back is called "restitution" not "re-capitalization". Regardless, neither is ever going to happen. You can go back as far as you'd like on my posts...that message has NEVER changed. Government/Treasury will never give back one red cent...under ANY circumstances.
