You really go to the republican playbook, it has nothing to do with what comes next. The funding bill is about what already has been spent, and spent by the Republican's when they were in office and passed that giant tax cut.

The Current Bill is not the vote to raise the debt limit. Both Parties spend, the GOP is the ONLY one that politicizes debt.

This is to pay for the debt Trump ran up.
