BOXS is an SEC filler they dont need current letter ....if all fillings were with SEC before the 28th I don't see why it should not be resolved quickly ....but please can you share and reading about this situation

This is about an hour long I believed it’s toward the end about your question , explains the process if you don’t file in time and end up on expert market, new rules say no more form 211 thru Finra , you can comply thru OTCM , takes 24 hours to receive quote . The question taken at the end are very good too.
