I just got off the phone with the @OTCMarkets again because of misinformation floating around. If your Stop sign stock is not pink by 4pm est today, the stock will be delisted to gray Mkt tomorrow. Which means the company will have to start the whole pink process over again. File form 15-C 211, find a MM broker, reapply & pay fees again to OTCM. Process can take up to a year.
