Koolaid, EV doesn't get it. He never will. I submitted a damaging response with actual evidence to show this is nothing but a non-revenue or non-asset based business as a shell company. I submitted his acquisition announcement of SMG he filed with OTC Markets and our email agreement which is legally binding under UETA. EV will lose in court. I submitted EV/ PRPM August 2021 10-Q and their other disclosure filings from 2020 with OTC Markets to show the business has zero revenues and zero assets as EV declared under penalty of perjury with FINRA and SEC. I stated to the judge "the only logical explanation is Mr. vakser is committing embezzlement of corporate funds to place them into his own pockets off stock sales."
